摘要: ABSTRACT It is not clear where Helicobacter pylori establishes in the environment and how it transmitted to humans. Fifteen yeasts were isolated from 15 food samples. Microscopic examination of revealed fast-moving bacterium-like bodies (BLBs) inside vacuoles yeasts. Yeasts identified as Candida species. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was recruited detect H. pylori-specific ureAB (urease) babAB (BabA/B adhesins) genes total DNAs The gene amplified 9/15 2/15. Sequencing PCR products (406 bp) (980 bp) that one yoghurt yeast showed 98% homology with those control H. pylori. Fluorescent microscopy stained live BLBs vacuoles. It proposed foodborne which originates could accommodate H. pylori nature act a vehicle for its transmission human gastrointestinal tract. PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS Helicobacter gastric pathogen entrance occurs through ingestion food. However, there no strong evidence show materials support survival growth play crucial role bacterial intracellular existence be important transmission. We propose yeasts, survive stressful conditions during processing, such heat sanitizers, serve potent reservoirs facilitate human. Occurrence considered possible marker contamination. Accordingly, reducing content foods, proper hygienic practice might probably other infections.
