摘要: Background Primary tracheal cancer comprises a heterogeneous and rare group of neoplasms. Management patients with primary carcinoma at our institution has improved in recent years. Methods This retrospective review included localized adenoid cystic treated surgically between January 1995 December 2014. Patients were classified according to the timing first operation: "early years" operation was performed 2002, subsequent "recent associated management focus on early diagnosis. Results The proportion malignancy who underwent for increased time. significantly younger than those diagnosis (49.3 ± 7.8 years versus 45.7 9.4 years; p  = 0.042), resected tumor size lengths tended be smaller (28.2 7.6 mm 30.3 ± 7.0 mm; 0.161) shorter (32.1 7.7 34.4 6.7 0.123). use postoperative radiotherapy R1 resection also managed more effectively compared (90.6% 65.0%; 0.009). Five- 10-year overall survival rates groups 86.4% 90.8%, 31.8% 61.2%, respectively ( 0.084), corresponding 5- disease-free 39.7% 75.3%, 9.9% 21.2%, 0.025). Conclusions There have been outcomes carcinomas. Early diagnosis, experienced surgical treatments, adjuvant positive margins may contribute carcinoma.
