摘要: Background Primary tracheal cancer comprises a heterogeneous and rare group of neoplasms. Management patients with primary carcinoma at our institution has improved in recent years. Methods This retrospective review included localized adenoid cystic treated surgically between January 1995 December 2014. Patients were classified according to the timing first operation: "early years" operation was performed 2002, subsequent "recent associated management focus on early diagnosis.
