Lignans of Tracthelospermum asiaticum var. intermedium. II. Structures of Tracheloside and Nortracheloside

摘要: A new lignan glucoside named nortracheloside (IV), C26H32O12·H2O, mp 95-100°, was isolated from the stems of Trachelospermum asiaticum NAKAI var. intermedium (Apocynaceae). The derivatives were prepared tracheloside (III) and (IV). From discussion mass spectra derivatives, structures III IV established as 8(S), 8'(S)-4', 8'-dihydroxy-3, 4, 3'-trimethoxy-lignan-olid(9, 9')4'-β-D-glucopyranoside 8'(S)-4, 4', 8'-trihydroxy-3, 3'-dimethoxy-lignan-olid(9, 9')4'-β-D-glucopyranoside, respectively.
