摘要: We have evaluated the parasitism of red scale insect date palm (Phoenicococcus marlatti) by entomopathogenic fungi, using light microscopy (LM), scanning electron (SEM) and low temperature (LTSEM). Beauveria bassiana, Lecanicillium dimorphum cf. psalliotae, were inoculated directly on insects or infested plant material. found that L. psalliotae developed material insects, making infection structures. B. bassiana was a bad colonizer leaves (Phoenix dactylifera L.) did not parasite insects.
