摘要: Abstract The room temperature FTIR transmission and Raman scattering spectra of M 2 Cu O 5 (M = In, Sc, Y, TbLu) semiconductors in the 30–700 cm −1 range are examined. A factor group analysis normal coordinate calculations have been performed to identify external modes. Urey—Bradley Force Field model potential energy distribution were applied phonon calculations. Y/Er Y/Gd exchange effects studied analysed terms 3+ ion translation energy.
