摘要: The development of highly efficient, inexpensive, abundant and non-precious metal electrocatalysts is the lifeblood hydrogen production industry, especially industry by electrolysis water. A Fe-Co-S/NF bifunctional electrocatalyst with nanoflower-like structure was synthesized on three-dimensional porous nickel foam through one-step hydrothermal high-temperature sulfuration operations, material displays high-efficiency electrocatalytic performance. As a catalyst for evolution reaction, can drive current density 10 mA/cm2 at an overpotential 143 mV Tafel slope 80.2 mV/dec. When it used as oxygen reaction catalyst, exhibits good OER reactivity low (82.6 mV/dec) requiring only 117 mV to densities up 50 mA/cm2 . In addition, Fe-Co-S/NF//Fe-Co-S/NF electrolytic cell assembled, voltage 1.64 V required , which one most active catalysts reported so far. This work indicates that introduction S, P Se treating processes could effectively improve electrical conductivity enhance catalytic activity material. offers effective convenient method improving morphology increasing surface area developing low-cost catalysts.
