摘要: A kinetic lattice model of chain-melting phase transition has been developed. Its time scale calibrated with the acoustic relaxation spectroscopic data. The permits analysis and predictions features those physiological processes in biological membranes mechanism which is based a lipid component. It shown that phase-transition can sustain high rate synaptic exocytosis known for fastest synapses central nervous system. also demonstrated this be an essential factor plasticity.
