摘要: Ample evidence for tissue perfusion inhomogeneity has been provided in resting and stimulated skeletal muscle preparations by microsphere embolization (Cerretelli et al., 1984; Iversen Nicolaysen, 1989, 1990; 1989; Marconi 1988; Pendergast 1985; Piiper 1985), inert gas washout (Gronlund Meyer, 1984), local radioactive xenon clearance observation of the variance transit times, Po 2 heterogeneity other methods (cf. Piiper, 1990). There is also morphometrical irregularity capillary array myocardium (Turek Rakusan, 1981; Hoofd Rakusan 1984) (Egginton 1988).
