摘要: Resume La cecite et le handicap visuel representent un probleme majeur de sante publique dans toutes les regions du monde societes. Un grand nombre travaux recherche fondamentale ou clinique visent a permettre une rehabilitation autonomisation des patients. Diverses modalites sont explorees la therapie cellulaire moleculaire l’interfacage prothetique. Nous passons en revue differentes alternatives therapeutiques exposant leurs resultats limites.
