摘要: A previously developed inverse method was applied to in vivo normal-hemispherical spectral reflectance measurements taken on the inner and outer forearm as well forehead of healthy white Caucasian black African subjects. The used determine thickness melanin concentration epidermis, dermal blood volume fraction oxygen saturation, skin's scattering coefficient. It established that changes due racial difference tanning, differences epidermal with anatomical location were detectable. retrieved values also consistent independent reported literature. same could be for optical diagnosis pathologies affecting structure pigmentation human skin.
