摘要: In urban areas, when heavy rains occur, the discharge capacity of sewers is usually unable to transport effective rainfall reaching streets. When runoff flow rate exceeds storm sewer system, excess conveyed through street network as overland flow. A dual model proposed for modeling system a double network, formed by an upper open channels (street gutters) and lower closed conduits (sewer pipes). What new in this its take into account hydrodynamic relationship between flows networks. The applied computing response real monitored basin; historical rates measured during first event are used calibrate model, which then validated using simulation two other events.
