摘要: A hybrid platform based on ionic liquid-based alkoxysilane functionalized mesoporous silica was applied for the synthesis of supported Pt nanoparticles with peroxidase-like catalytic activity. The positively charged groups (imidazolium) chemically bonded to surface provide dual-functionality as ion-exchangers material, firstly used in situ highly dispersed nanostructures and, secondly, immobilization biological species aiming biosensing purposes. activity SiO2/Imi/Pt material evaluated towards H2O2-mediated oxidation a chromogenic peroxidase substrate (TMB), allowing colorimetric detection H2O2. Finally, further explore practical application this nanomaterial-based artificial system, glucose oxidase (GOx) immobilized porous and bioassay determination successfully conducted model system. enzyme-like properties well its ability immobilize keep active entities structure indicate that is potentially useful development devices.
