摘要: Morphological, neurochemical, and electrophysiological studies suggest that the hippocampal formation is one of brain regions most sensitive to teratological consequences prenatal exposure ethanol. We now report ethanol results in a reduction sensitivity hippocampi adult offspring N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA). Moreover, it appears reduced NMDA from abnormal magnesium regulation receptor-channel complex. These deficits function may underlie some behavioral learning which are characteristic mothers consume even moderate amounts during pregnancy.
