The management of pain in patients with Parkinson’s disease often requires a multi-disciplinary approach

摘要: Although patients with Parkinson’s disease frequently experience pain related to their condition, such is undertreated in clinical practice. Based on descriptions, painful sensations can be categorized as musculoskeletal, dystonic, radicular‐peripheral neuropathic or central pain, which provide a useful framework for diagnostic evaluation and multi-disciplinary management. Pain should evaluated relationship the individual’s parkinsonism dopaminergic therapy.
