摘要: The aim of this paper was to investigate the relevance isoprostanoids i.e., F2-isoprostanes (F2-IsoPs), F4-neuroprostanes (F4-NeuroPs) and F2-dihomo-isoprostanes (F2-dihomo-IsoPs) in semen quality. Isoprostanoid levels were detected fertile infertile men with varicocele or idiopathic infertility. Semen quality assessed by light microscopy transmission electron microscopy; relationships between isoprostanes parameters also explored. F2-IsoPs significantly different group compared (P < 0.01 P 0.001 respectively). Moreover, F2-dihomo-IsoP values higher respect 0.05). No significant statistical differences found regarding F4-NeuroP concentrations. In whole population, positively correlated F2-dihomo-IsoPs both showed a positive correlation immaturity negative sperm motility. F2-IsoP percentage groups 0.01) whereas relationship necrosis shown infertility 0.01). A F4-NeuroPs morphology subjects This study suggests that isoprostanoid appear be associated male being related confirming important role fatty acids profiling human maturation.
