摘要: During the past few decades, great progress has been made toward a better understanding of development hemostatic system. It is now clear that physiology hemostasis in pediatric patients differs widely from adults, supporting hypothesis children might have natural protective mechanisms justify such variations. However, correct interpretation test results young patients, along with deep normal postnatal human coagulation system, are essential prerequisites to proper investigation thrombotic and hemorrhagic problems patients. Because system not fully mature by 3 6 months age, it important recognize laboratory data must be accompanied appropriate age-dependent reference ranges, which should also specific for testing used, prevent misclassification as having defects factors inhibitors
