摘要: Abstract In this paper we present information on the growth of first-quality lead tungstate PbWO 4 single crystals and their luminescence absorption properties. comparison with so far presented our show prevailing blue emission component in radioluminescence at room temperature fast scintillation decay nanosecond range a very low level slow processes micro-miliseconds time scale. These facts suggest that especially these properties are suitable as scintillating medium for crystal calorimeter Large Hadron Collider project CERN.
