摘要: Vibrationally resolved photoelectron spectroscopy of the CF4+ (DA12) state is studied for first time over an extended energy range, 26.5⩽hν⩽50eV. It found that dependence totally symmetric stretching vibration qualitatively different from all other vibrational modes. Moreover, branching ratio curves symmetry forbidden vibrations are nearly identical. Qualitative arguments used to show it likely at least two shape resonances present in continuum, and their characteristics, such as spatial localization, distinctly different.
