摘要: Homeless persons have been described as exhibiting impressive rates of psychosocial pathology.1–5 A resurgence interest in the relationship mental illness to criminal behavior has fueled by substantial and possibly increasing proportions jail prison inmates with histories and/or homelessness well high arrest incarceration homeless populations.6–14 Investigations are being conducted determine whether “criminalized” a consequence deinstitutionalization reforms involuntary commitment laws.11–12,15–18 This chapter examines among illegal behavior, illness, through study arrests Baltimore interprets this light historic contemporary literature.
