Enhancing the Performance of Recycled Aggregate Concrete Using Micronized Biomass Silica

摘要: Utilization of Recycled Aggregate (RA) in concrete is due to the awareness society preserving natural resources for future generation. RA application as coarse aggregate mixes initiation make use effectively waste materials. The purpose this study improve Concrete (RAC) by using Micronized Biomass Silica (MBS). cube specimens containing various percentages and MBS were prepared tested. results indicated that after 28 days curing, 12 % 100 enables enhance compressive strength up 17.20 reduce water permeability coefficient penetration 47.10 7.5 respectively. It can be concluded RAC perform significantly better without MBS.
