摘要: An out-of-equilibrium description of spin-transfer effect is proposed, based on the spin-injection mechanism occurring at junction with a ferromagnet. The spin injection to locally modify, in ferromagnetic configuration space, density magnetic moments. corresponding gradient leads currentdependent diffusion process magnetization. In order describe this effect, dynamics magnetization single domain reconsidered framework thermokinetic theory mesoscopic systems. Assuming an Onsager cross coefficient that couples currents, it shown spindependent electric transport correction Landau–Lifshitz–Gilbert equation parameter supplementary terms. consequence terms activation ferromagnet deduced, and expressions effective energy barrier critical current are derived. Magnetic fluctuations calculated: similar predicted for activation. These predictions consistent measurements transfer obtained both regime resonance under injection.
