摘要: Background Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are a highly heterogeneous disorder with unknown etiology. Some environmental factors could be related to the onset of autism, including exposure valproic acid (VPA). MicroRNA approximately 19–25 nucleotides noncoding RNA that act as post-transcriptional regulators gene expression in several cellular processes. Dysregulation miRNA might some features autism. Using quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR), we compared from blood samples an animal model autism induced by VPA control group and assessed potential roles these small correlating modifications putative altered levels ASD-related target genes signaling pathways.
