摘要: Nitric oxide is a potent endogenous vasodilator that regulates arterial tone. A family of nitric synthases uses L-arginine and L-homoarginine stereospecifically as substrates for production in vivo. By preventing expression inducible but not constitutive synthases, glucocorticoids differentiate which enzyme this the predominant source generation given situation. We proposed defective produces salt-sensitive hypertension Dahl/Rapp rat. Plasma concentrations L-arginine, citrulline, ornithine (SS/Jr) salt-resistant (SR/Jr) rats on 8% sodium chloride chow 1 week did differ. However, intravenous infusion L-homoarginine, D-arginine, increased urinary excretion nitrate, degradation product oxide, simultaneously lowered blood pressure hypertensive SS/Jr rats. Oral also prevented development cyclic GMP nitrate these Dexamethasone, dose hypotension from parenteral injection lipopolysaccharide, completely increase resulted despite concomitant treatment with L-arginine. These studies supported an important role dexamethasone-suppressible synthesis prevention
