Characterization of CoOZnO solid solutions

摘要: Abstract Lattice parameters, magnetic susceptibilities (over the temperature range 98–298°K) and reflectance spectra (uv visible) of solid solutions CoOZnO up to 10% M CoO have been studied. It is shown that true solution achieved Co 2+ ions substitute Zn in tetrahedral positions. The effect addition increase a parameter decrease c ratio. moment has found be 4.54 ± 0.05 μ B by extrapolation. A discussion structural data terms presence C 3 v effective symmetry given.
