摘要: Abstract The trypanosomatid pathogens Leishmania spp., Trypanosoma cruzi, and brucei, currently grouped as TriTryps, have evolved through the time to overcome upfront innate immune response establish infection in humans adapting many aspects of parasite-cell host interaction. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) emerge critical structures carrying different key molecules from parasites target cells that interact continuously during infection. Current information regarding structure composition these provide new insights into primary role TriTryps-EVs reviewed this work. Expanding knowledge about vesicular will promote advances basic sciences translational applications controlling pathogenesis neglected tropical diseases caused by TriTryps.
