摘要: Self-perceived of laboral stress and distress: an empirical study in the local police. The aim this was to identify analyse a set occupational organisational stressors associated with self-perceived stress, as well distress understood depression, hostility somatic symptoms, police sample Basque Country (Spain). A questionnaire 65 items has been elaborated evaluate applied 353 polices. By exploratory confirmatory factorial analysis were isolated five stressors: role performance, personnel management, management style, image credibility overwork. internal consistency coefficients achieved satisfactory for global questionnaire. evaluated by SCL-90-R. structural equations confirmed predictive power over distress. outcomes confirm previous studies about nature their relationships
