摘要: Poly(D,L-lactide)-SS-poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine) block copolymers conjugated with cholesterol are synthesized by ROP and ATRP using a novel kind of double-dead initiator. This facile strategy not only can endue disulfide bonds, but also overcome the disadvantages inherent in synthesis procedure for copolymers. The resultant biomimetic self-assemble into near-monodisperse micelles. Subsequently, they used as carrier to encapsulate hydrophobic dye, release be triggered redox reagent, dithiothreitol. MTT study shows that as-prepared micelles has good biocompatibility both normal cancer cells. These properties indicate these may promising drug delivery vehicles.
