摘要: The study of coating mesoporous carbon materials with titanium oxide nanoparticles is now becoming a promising and challenging area research. To optimize the use in various applications, it necessary to attach functional groups or other nanostructures their surface. combination distinctive properties expected be applied field emission displays, nanoelectronic devices, novel catalysts, polymer ceramic reinforcement. But, synthesis still largely based on conventional techniques, such as wet impregnation followed by chemical reduction metal nanoparticle precursors, which takes time money. thermal heating techniques are consuming often lack control particle size morphology. Hence, since there growing interest microwave technology, an alternative way power input into reactions through dielectric microwaves. This work focused advantages microwave-assisted TiO2-coated over method. reviewed studies showed that composites allows processes completed within shorter reaction allowing formation superior than obtained
