摘要: In our previous work, a new method for inducing machine spindle to ultrasonically vibrate was proposed in which the axial ultrasonic vibration is excited by fluctuating electromagnetic force applied spindle. The validity of this also confirmed experimentally. paper, focusing on development rotary based method, an actual unit designed and constructed accordance with work. consists spindle, two bearings their housings holding eight electromagnets supporters generation force, base plate. Its performance investigated experimentally different exciting conditions. results showed that sub-μm order amplitude generated produced affects significantly.
