摘要: Inner cell masses (ICMs) dissected from 4 1/2-day rat blastocysts were aggregated with 2 mouse morulae. Successful aggregates formed in vitro and morphologically normal 5 conceptuses the uterus. Immunofluorescent analysis of these revealed that cells only present embryonic ectoderm endoderm never trophectoderm derivatives, although trophoblast did develop uterus various control experiments. The single-cell resolution this technique extends results obtained aggregating ICMs morulae provides strong evidence ICM cells, not overtly differentiated, are determined by blastocyst stage.
