摘要: Adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs) were cultured on collagen-silk fibroin films with microchannel and micropillar patterns to investigate the effects of cell morphology changes osteogenic differentiation. Channel pillar micropatterned prepared from collagen type I silk fibroin. While higher ADSC proliferation profiles obtained blend film, films, however, caused twice aspect ratio effective orientation cells. Alkaline phosphatase activity ADSCs was several times surface when measured activities normalized number. Effective deposition mineral by observed for patterned unpatterned these extracellular matrix components oriented along axis microchannels. In conclusion, use collagen-fibroin film topography increased alignment significantly, also in differentiation into lineage.
