摘要: This article reviews the history leading up to development of first sampling-related standards from research in 1920s following through very formative years World War II and beyond. The transition subsequent military-specific national then international is also covered. Finally, array sampling inspection currently available International Organization for Standardization (ISO) briefly reviewed.
