摘要: Improving mechanical properties and maintaining shape precisions are both significant for the further developments of aluminum alloy profiles. A new kind ECAP with rubber mandrels can be innovatively used to form these profiles in recent years. The maintained as their initial shapes after pressing through channel. At same time, improved. In this paper, analytical method is firstly find mechanism during process. Both finite element simulation physical experiment verify results obtained by model.
