摘要: In this article we discuss a 10 kW high-voltage pulse generator for producing corona-induced plasma. The mainly consists of three-step resonant charging circuit switched by thyristors, transmission line transformer, and triggered spark-gap switch. Voltage pulses 30–100 kV with rise time about 20 ns, duration 50–250 repetition rate 1–900 per second, energy up to 12 J/pulse, an average power have been achieved total transfer efficiency 80%–90%. At each frequency, the deviation is around 1.0%. Moreover, has tested more than 100 h both industrial demonstrations laboratory investigations at output 1–10 kW.
