摘要: A method of preparing a chicory extract enriched with sesquiterpene lactones is provided. The includes performing an initial extraction in polar solvent, such as methanol or ethanol, at ambient temperature to form alcoholic extract. subsequently defatted non-polar preferably hexane n-heptane. second the performed solvent which more than used defatting process and less extraction, for example, it can be chosen from group consisting ethyl acetate, n-butanol, isopropanol, n-propanol, dichloromethane, acetonitrile, mixtures thereof; resulting extract, containing least 60 % lactones.
