摘要: The importance of accurate high-temperature thermodynamic data for the study anharmonic effects in solids is discussed, and an adiabatic calorimeter measurement heat capacities temperature range 25-500 °C described. precision capacity about ±01% T 400 °C. Measurement a Calorimetry Conference sample Al2O3 shows that accuracy calorimetry probably better than ±02% throughout whole studied. Results have been obtained lead to near melting point aluminium 500 For contribution Cp observed > 250 which attributed vacancy formation; value 052 ±026 ev derived enthalpy formation vacancy.
