摘要: This paper describes the results of a computer simulation analysis magnetocaloric effect (MCE) in rare earth metals and based materials. The was previously developed for calculating peak values MCE magnets using mean-field approximation. study concentrates on variation key thermodynamic parameters such as magnetic field, temperature, Curie Debye temperatures wide range their values. theoretical studies large fields are described. possible mechanisms entropy change paraprocess region discussed. shows strong influence temperature value (from 4.2 K to 200–230 K).
