摘要: Phenylenediamine functionalized reduced graphene oxide (GONH2) is designed and synthesized for the preparation of a polyaniline/reduced hybrid having better interactions than that unfunctionalized graphite oxide/polyaniline hybrid. Hybrids are by in situ polymerization aniline presence GONH2. Defects generated GONH2 during functionalization repaired formation. Due to free amino groups GONH2, it will participate covalent bonds be formed between polyaniline resulting increased room temperature conductivity photocurrent generation compared pure polyaniline/graphite same experimental conditions. Significant reduction exfoliation after with phenylenediamine, formation direct conducting pathways connections photoinduced electron transfer plays major role improved electrical generation.
