In this paper, the degraded Gaussian Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) broadcast channel with layered decoding and secrecy constraints is investigated. model, there are in total K messages receivers that ordered by quality. Each receiver required to decode one more message than level worse Furthermore, should kept secure from qualities. The capacity region model fully characterized. converse proof relies on a novel construction of series covariance matrices. An application problem sharing multiple secrets, which difficult solve using number theoretic tools, secret characterized reformulating as communication over K-receiver MIMO channel.
