摘要: The objective of the present work was to evaluate effectiveness combination azelastine hydrochloride and mometasone furoate for intranasal application treat patients presenting with seasonal allergic rhinitis. A total 60 subjects suffering from rhinitis were available observation. All allocated three groups comprised 20 individuals each. first group received fixed application, those in second given administered intranasally together an oral antihistamine preparation third generation, treated alone. treatment evaluated on days 7 14 after its initiation. It found that use resulted a more pronounced alleviation rhinological symptoms improvement quality life at early stages therapy comparison monotherapy. is concluded moderate severe can be recommended as качестве initial treatment.
