摘要: Early actin cytoskeleton reorganization is an important regulatory step of membrane-initiated, non-genomic steroid hormone actions. Specific intracellular signaling cascades control the rapid alterations polymerization in a variety cell models. Moreover, remodeling decisive component hormone-induced early and late cellular responses. This article briefly summarizes current knowledge on rearrangements. It focuses progress to characterize glucocorticoid- androgen-initiated, tissue-specific pathways discusses plethora responses that are regulated by redistribution. also provides insights into potential clinical significance dynamics actin-specific molecular for nongenomic actions tumor cells. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
