摘要: Research on Information Systems development has been central to the field and focus had improve interactions between users developers during process. Further examination of change process reveals necessity for research user developer knowledge domains approaches them resulting in better systems. IS outsourcing intensifies understand relations from a perspective. A framework is developed explain user-developer case performed, spanning insourcing environments, further explore learning processes that could occur.
