摘要: A process for preparing selegiline hydrochloride by reaction of R-(-)-N,α-dimethylphenylethylamine with 3-bromo-1-propyne is described, which consists in reacting the substances a molar ratio approximately 2:1 at 30°-50° C. solvent mixture an aromatic hydrocarbon and water isolating from organic phase converting it into hydrochloride.
