摘要: The steering column has a component (2b) which slides axially on the and is fixed to bodywork via an energy-absorbing distorting (7). sliding works with safety belt, whose coiling mechanism locks collision. A second (9) supported at one side of coupled other component. coupling (13,14) released when driver belts up. can support bodywork, while its release device belt buckle, or be operated by Bowden (RTM) cable from buckle. Alternatively there switch actuated buckle controlling motor solenoid.
