摘要: In a retrospective study, 131 Staphylococcus intermedius strains isolated from apparently healthy dogs, and 187 dog pyodermas in the clinical microbiology laboratory at National Veterinary School Nantes, during three successive periods: 1986-87, 1992-93 1995-96, were investigated compared for their antimicrobial susceptibility. Results indicated that 60% to 65% of susceptible Chloramphenicol Doxycyclin, 80% macrolides (Erythromycin, Lincomycin Clindamycin) Trimethoprim/Sulfonamide association. More than 95% betalactamins tested: Oxacillin, Amoxycillin/Clavulanic acid, Cephalexin, Gentamicin, Fucidic Acid two quinolones: Enrofloxacin Marbofloxacin. This last group is made up choice antibacterials treatment pyoderma. Many different resistance patterns observed each period with no really predominant profile, because low plasmidic vs chromosomal balance genetic basis antibacterial intermedius. However, proportion multiresistant (> or = 3 drugs) increased 10.8% first period, 28% third period. frequency suggests strongly that, as aureus human infections, prescription antibiotic compounds increases prevalence resistant strains.
