Visible light driven Ag/Ag3PO4/AC photocatalyst with highly enhanced photodegradation of tetracycline antibiotics

摘要: Abstract Ag/Ag 3 PO 4 /active carbon (AC) composite photocatalysts were successfully synthesized using the simple deposition and photoinduced methods. The structures, morphology photocatalytic properties of as-prepared characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), diffuse reflectance (DRS), photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, photoelectron (XPS). /AC exhibited a conspicuously improved performance for tetracycline (TC) degradation. optimal conditions loaded dosage time investigated, results showed that played an important role in prepared processes, also Ag . DRS analysis strong absorption ability visible light range. radicals trap experiments demonstrated there multiple active species during degrading process TC. possible mechanism activity Ag–Ag was proposed.
