摘要: The leukemogenicity and myelotoxicity of benzene are well-known the major cause benzene's banning from most industrial applications. Various derivatives such as alkylbenzenes chlorobenzenes, however, continue to be used chemical intermediates, solvents, pesticides, etc. in spite incomplete knowledge their chronic toxicity. This study was designed obtain comparative data on developmental, genetic reproductive toxicities (B), chlorobenzene (CB) dichlorobenzenes (o-, m-, p-DCB) sea urchin bioassay. test system, permits observation a number biological endpoints mitotic activity, embryogenesis fertilization, thus provides multi-parametric toxicological xenobiotics.
