摘要: It has not been well known how climate and habitat variables will influence the distribution of plant species to some extents at mesoscales. In this report, by using aquatic plants in Western Ghats, a biodiversity hotspot tropical Asian region, I quantify relative importance on structuring spatially richness taxonomic diversity patterns structural equation modeling. All sampling qudrats region used for study spatial resolution 0.5 latitude × longitude. The results showed that is high both northern southern part while low middle part. contrast, distinctiveness relatively homogeneous over all quadrats region. Structural modeling suggested follow temperature (partial regression coefficient=0.31, p<0.05) elevational gradients, cannot be explained any currently variables. conclusion, environmental are related would richness, given fact these two quantities orthogonal more or less. Both equally influential Ghats India.
