摘要: Nurses are now primarily responsible for the provision of patient information, and administration an escalating number cytotoxic agents. This paper aims to provide nurses with key information concerning adverse effects chemotherapy on reproductive system women childbearing age. The gonadal function fertility is vital, particularly increase in survival treated cancer, trend towards starting a family later life. Gonadal toxicity various agents, disruption menstrual cycle, premature menopause, avoidance pregnancy, prospects post-chemotherapy addressed this paper.
