Occupational stressors and its organizational and individual correlates: a nationwide study of Norwegian ambulance personnel.

摘要: High levels of stress among ambulance personnel have been attributed to the conditions work. However, there is little research support this notion, and it has questioned whether work inherently stressful. We compared severity frequency level organizational ambulance-specific stressors, studied their relationship individual differences A comprehensive nationwide questionnaire survey (n = 1180) in operational duty. The included Job Stress Survey, Norwegian Ambulance Basic Character Inventory, General Self-Efficacy Scale, questions addressing conditions.
